Your retail fee is due by 1st of each month. You have 2 payment options - direct deposit or Paypal.

If you wish, you can direct deposit into our bank account – receipts will be sent after the market.

•  Trading times for our market will be 8am – 1pm. All retailers a required to remain at the venue until close of trade (unless sold out!)

Please ensure you bring:

•  Retailer Agreement (pdf 120k) signed (only required once)

•  Floor length table cloths for all tables ensuring they reach the floor on all 3 sides.

•  Suitable signage – no handwritten signs please – a high level of visual merchandising must be maintained

•  Hanging of products and visual merchandising on your marquee is subject to market Organisers approval on the day of trade.

 

Unloading/Packing up of product:

There will be a short window of opportunity to unload your goods at the carpark on the upper level (bus set down area marked on map ) near where the market will be held. The time frame will commence from 6.30am and all cars must be cleared from this area by 7am. We would appreciate you unloading your goods and moving your car immediately to the designated parking area as there will be many other retailers to consider. We MUST ensure our noise level is kept to a minimum as it is a residential precinct and all noise at this early hour affects the residents.

There are important requirements for the packing up of your stall.

•  Retailers are required to pack down their own marquee and leave it within their retail space as they found it in the morning.

•  Retailers are able to use the 5 minute set down carpark at the river end of the market area for bringing your cars up and loading your product in. It is to be used strictly as a 5 minute area , which means you will need to have your product packed up and on a trolley ( take advantage of our trolley offer ) to wheel it directly to your car to load it in within the 5 minute time frame. There will be security monitoring this procedure and we are still encouraging the use of a trolley to make it a single trip to your car to ensure the parking spaces are continually turning over in the time frame allocated.

Please note - you are required to provide your own table for you retail space. Trestle tables are available for hire on market day. You can find more information on tretle table hire, here.
